Description | Wooden hand in gesture with fingers and thumb close together. Hand is curved an unusual angle. Joint visible at wrist. Broken off just after the wrist on the forearm at beginning of robe. Eye hole screw in end of arm at break. Black lacquer surface with traces of gilding. Probably 16th or early 17th century. |
