Description

The mouthpiece-hole, nearly quadrangular in shape, is pierced through a steeply projecting bulge of simmilar outline left in the ivory on the inside of the curve of the tusk near the small end. Torday rejected the attribution "Waschussi" on the old label in favour of "Upper Congo".
