Wind Chime (uncertain)

Flat piece of very light weight brown wood. Arrow-shaped top, stepped bottom shallowly recurved, with two points. Broad black horizontal stripe across middle, both sides. One one side, three dots in a triangular configuration above, six dots in opposing vertical rows of three below. On the other side, three black dots in a triangular configuration above, no dots below.
