Wind Chime (uncertain)

Flat piece of very light weight brown wood. Arrow-shaped top with a small square hole (for suspension), bottom shallowly recurved, with two points. Broad black horizonatal stripe both sides. One one side, three black dots in a triangular configuration above, three black dots in a vertical configuration below. On the other side, four black dots in a diamond configuration above; seven black dots, one at top and two vertical opposing rows of three, on the other.
