Description | Light green faience shabti with an anonymous inscription. Shabti wears a tripartite wig, with no indication of modeled ears. Indistinct painted lines at the throat represent a wesekh collar. Hands are modeled, and hold painted adzes, though the paint is faded. A column of text runs down the front of the shabti's legs, reading "The illuminated one, the Osiris." The lower portion of the text was left blank. On the back are traces of a painted triangular basket with no internal decoration. |
