| Description |
One of three joining sections of wall of large vessel. The three pieces combine to give, at left, part of a frame consisting of three vertical glazed lines with two rows of dots; and above a bt of a tongue? pattern. Within, the full length figure of a youth wearing an ankle length cloak facing to our right holding out with his right hand a staff which reaches only to his knees. Part of a second figure to the right. Interior covered with a dull black wash. From column krater(?): cf. MS2464. |
