Description | Sheath consisting of two flat pieces of wood lashed together. One side dark, polished, deoratively carved, with two scraps of red-brown and yellowish fur, long tufts of dark brown and greyish hair, small tufts of white hair. Hanger loop of braided rattan peel (?), with two large tassels of tiny yellow, black and red beads. With hanger, two beaded tassels. Two pieces of bone towards the open end of the sheath. |
