Description

Splint for broken finger. Slender, flat bamboo (?) sticks, originally bound together by strips of rattan peel into a flexible mat to be wrapped around broken finger. Now come apart, with sticks missing, eight pieces remain. "Splint for fractured bones" in Furness's Collection list.
