Description | Complete. Plastered at lip. Wheelmade. Disc base, slightly uneven. Body rop ovoid with sloping shoulders to plain wide neck. Rim flaring but pulled up to lip. One handle, rim to outer shoulder. Decorated with red/brown glaze bands; 1 low on body, one very sloppy thin band; 2 thin bands; wide band just above GD; 2 thin bands at base of handle. Interior rim and (once) most of handle also glazed. Some drips. fairly thin fabric, fired yellow buff, pinkish in spots. Very fine mica. |
