Description

The Village of Haina ("Sunshine Town"): Model portrays 2 houses from the Haida Indian Village of Haina, located in the Queen Charlotte archipelago off the Coast of British Columbia, Canada. The Haida settled Haina in the 1850's, then abandoned it 30 years later after diseases introduced by Europeans had caused severe depopulation. Made by Louis Shotridge
