Description

Ornamented Gourds. With burnt decoration. Used for storage of small articles; some were also used for storing oil. Geometric incised and blackened decoration. Three panels each containing a large X, trianlges with cross hatch pattern at all sides; diamond motif columns in between each panel; eight point cut out at top.
