Description | Dagger. Tiny bronze dagger with jade blade. When received, the handle was thickly encrusted with intense green patina so that no design was apparent; in the electrolytic bath, the handle went to pieces, so that the shape is different but the design is clearer. Blade of pale grey green opaque jade with earthy areas, badly chipped on one edge where the breaks show white, but the jade is very hard. The handle is missing. |
