| Description | Hair band. Zoomorphic designs of birds and plants. Black ground with white, red, green, magenta, yellow and blue cotton. Two tasseled fringes. Aniline dyes used. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 104 epi, two ply, black and white cotton. Weft: 26 ppi, two strands, two ply, black cotton. Warp faced plain weave. Supplementary weft is double faced. Woven on a backstrap loom." |
