Description | Complete and mended. Stem vertically pared. Wheelmade in 2 pieces and joined. Profile "lip" at base, tall hollow concave stem flaring to shallow bowl with convex (or carinated) sides nd rolled lip. Clay: gray at core to light dull buff with fine sand but well cleaned. Paint: matt brown to red-brown and dark gray-brown. Paint on lip, base of bowl and base of stem. 4 rather uneven horizontal bands on stem. |
