Description

One bracelet consisting of nine joined links.

Links individually labeled for descriptive purposes as follows:

(a), (c), & (i) are similar. Very heavy, undecorated hoops with no terminal ornaments. There is only slight separation between the ends in each. (e) & (g) are also similar to each other. Solid hoops flattened above and below with decoration of closely spaced large beading in low relief. No terminal ornaments. In (e) the ends are nearly confronted, in (g) they overlap slightly. (b): Hoop undecorated, flattened on the inside, rounded on the outside. Each end terminates in a snake's head, the two heads overlapping by ca. 0.01 m. (d) Hoop flattened on inside, rounded on outside. Each end terminates in a snake's head, the two overlapping by ca. 0.01 m. The hoop is decorated with short incised latitudinal lines, no doubt to suggest snake's scales. (f) Hoop flattened on the inside, rounded on the outside, undecorated. Each end terminates in the head of a fantastic animal, the two heads overlapping by ca. 0.01 m. (h) Hoop circular in section, undecorated. Each end terminates in the head of a fantastic animal, the two overlapping by ca. 0.01 m.

Outside Diameter 11.3 cm
