Description

Deer antler cut to form thin curved two-pronged plate. Edges decorated with drilled dots painted red. Ends of prongs wrapped with red and yellow porcupine quill and antique green ribbon. Tufted with down. At base attached eagle feather, stripped and quilled for lower half. Its lowest end encased in bird skin, old red ribbons pendent.
