Description | Complete but chipped. Handle ogival. Clay: gritty dark brown-buff, somewhat lighter on surface, with fine dark sand. Paint: purple-brown and pink, much worn off. Dark paint on sides of handle, rim, neck-base, spout end and spout base. 3 narrow bands above and a wide band below spout zone. On neck the following bands: red-brown-reserved-brown-red. Red band on shoulder. Horizontal stripes on spout. |
