Red cotton with dark blue pencil stripes every 1.5 cm. Two pieces sewn lengthwise. Lavender brocade covers an area the width of cloth and covers the seam. Predominately red designs with a few in purple and turquoise. 32 cm lavender tassel at each corner. One edge hemmed in lavender and red cross stitch.

As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 58 epi, single, Z twist, red cotton. Two singles, Z twist, navy cotton. Weft: 24 ppi, two singles, Z twist, red cotton. Warp predominantly plain weave. Supplementary weft is two faced. Two panels, three selvedges each. Woven on a backstrap loom."

Warp: Red with one or two black yarns about every 1.5 cm. Cotton.

Weft: Red cotton. Plain weave with selvedge on 3 sides. Fourth side hemmed with zigzag silk yarn in 2 colors (red zig maroon zag). Cloth made of 2 pieces sewn together in center with silk yarn, creating a design of silk embroidery about 1.5 cm wide. Center of cloth has been embroidered with silk yarn, basically maroon, with red, turquoise, and purple dots, stripes or zigzags on it. There are tassels at the four corners in a deep wine shade.
