Manuscript. Sinhalese language and script. Unidentified Ayurvedic text in verse, written the time of one of the kings named Buvanekabahu. Palm leaves, 63 folios, ka to gham, lacks end, 4 lines. No scribe or date given. Two lateral holes with tie cords.
