Description

Muzzle loading Musket/Long Rifle - "Kabyle Camel gun" / "Makhala" or "Mekhala". Long narrow steel barrel, covered by two pieces of wood held by engraved silver barrel rings. Steel ramrod in place under barrel. Steel snaphaunce firing mechanism - flint not present. "Altit' style wood stock with silver and ivory ornamentation. Silver nail head decoration on shaft.
