Description | Formerly described as "Gold, with Persian Artemis." Rectangular. Representation of winged Potnia Theron (Mistress of Animals) in low relief holding a lion by the tail in each hand. Above, to right and left, is a rosette. A rectangular cluster of dots between rosettes. A line of dots along middle edge of plaque and a square of double lines of dots below each lion. Original edges below, left and right only. |
