Description

Sommerville: Cameo in gold. Jupiter Serapis, Isis, and Horus. Gold and Silver Rings - Cameos, Case NNN.

Vermeule: Gold ring (ancient) with raised design. Facing busts of Isiac Triad; on left, appears goddess Isis; on right Zeus Serapis, in center the child Horus or Harpocrates, cable border. The divinities are represented in their Graeco-Roman cult forms, reflecting statues in Alexandria, Rome and elsewhere. Graeco-Roman.
