Description

Felt cap, beaded buckskin brow-band. Tipi design dark and light blue on white ground. 22 eagle feathers wrapped with red stroud at base, many tipped with yellow horsehair. Crown decorated with short red, green feathers and one long naked quill. 17 pendent strips of yellowish fur, possibly badger.
