Description | About half, including much of lower body, preserved. Small flat base with elongated spherical body. Clay: gray at core to light reddish brown, soft and thick. Slip: slightly lustrous dark red-brown to red-gray; incisions filled with a white chalky substance. Belly divided into two zones by groups of horizontal incisions, dotted above. Below: zigzag. Above: discecnected zigzag or chevrons. |
