Interior geometric latticed pattern in red and grey. Exterior Cufic inscription. Polychrome "Mina'i" technique. Inscription consists of the repeated words, "By God." 12th century.

“Exterior and interior covered with white opaque glaze. Exterior decorated around rim with over glaze black inscription in script. Interior decorated with polychrome over glaze lattice decoration.”
