Description | Gobelin pieces. Part of a poncho. Blocks, each with human figures wearing double crescent headdress, and grasping in each hand a smaller figure by the hair. Design inverted alternately Patchwork grouping of 7 tapestry fragments. 6 square blocks which feature a human figure wearing a headdress grasping in each hand a smaller figure by the hair. 1 block that is long and rectangular with an unclear design. The joins connecting these blocks are not finely done by comparison to the weaving (repair?). Color(s): Brown, red, off-white, and blue. |
