Sommerville: Onyx. A figure of Minerva. Gold Rings - Cameos, Case III.

Vermeule: Onyx. Cameo. (Modern gold ring setting) Athena walking to right. She wears a crested helmet long garment and cloak; she carries a spear over her left shoulder, a shield on the right. 16th or 17th century.
