Description | soft gray-buff clay with air holes, dull black paint on inside, mottled black to red on outside with little luster. two shallow grooves on outside just below rim, rounded bottom with three large shells that serve as foot. broken, mended, incomplete, 2 frags, which must belong, but do not join, found with sherds labelled "T5, July 1940, p.296-3". |
