Description | Flat base, sides expanding sharply to shoudler. Fragmentary and incomplete. Grey ware burning brown, brown slip on the interior, red slip on the exterior highly burnished. Encircling the shoulder is a cream coloured reserved band with a zigzag decoration in a burnished red slip. In each of the triangles formed by the zigzag line is a dot also of red slip but not burnished. Handmade. |
